For the preparation, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Carrots
  • Grated ginger root
  • Turmeric powder
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

Method of preparation:

Cut the carrots into strips, put them in a pan and add some water, enough to cover them. Stew them for about 10-15 minutes, until they become tender. Remove the carrots from the water and put them in a serving dish. Add the oil of your choosing and the salt. Mix to combine. Next, add a half teaspoon of grated ginger and a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder. Stir a bit, until the ingredients combine nicely.
