In this article, we show you how to poach 8 eggs at the same time, in just a few minutes, as a top chef!
How To Make Poached Eggs, Easily Without Any Mess
For the preparation, you’ll need:
- One large pan with a lid
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 8 large eggs
- 4 cups
Fill the cooking pan with water and put it on the stove. Add the vinegar and salt in the water, and stir a little. Next, turn on the stove and wait for the water to start boiling. In the meantime, prepare the eggs for cooking. Take the four cups and in each cup, crack two eggs. If a yolk breaks, put that egg aside and start over.
When the water starts boiling, remove it from the heat. This way, you’ll prevent the egg whites from fraying.
Take the four cups, holding two in each hand, and quickly lower the edges of the cups, so that they are in the water. This way, the eggs will flow out directly into the water. Next, cover the pan with the lid and wait for 5 minutes. Don’t return the pan on the stove, as the water will start bobbing around and ruin the texture of the poached eggs.
After 5 minutes, remove the lid and gently take out the eggs, one by one. Place them on paper to drain and sprinkle some salt and black pepper, if you like. Once dry, serve them on a plate and enjoy!
It’s easy, right?
