How To Make Delicious Baked Omelet At Home

What it takes, is to make this breakfast only once! Afterwards, it’ll quickly become your favorite breakfast dish. This omelet is incredibly soft, and it simply melts in the mouth. Soft and juicy, and at the same dietary. And, it has only 118 calories in 100g.

To prepare this dish, you need the following ingredients:

– Deeper mold for baking
– 6 eggs
– 300ml of milk (you can also use almond or rice milk)
– A half teaspoon of salt (optional), and a pinch of black pepper
– 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
– A few drops of olive oil, for greasing


Take a bowl and beat the eggs. Next, add the milk and whisk the two ingredients together, just as you do when you prepare the usual breakfast omelet. Then, add the parsley in the mixture and give it a good stir. Season with salt and black pepper.

Grease the baking mold with the olive oil and pour in the egg mixture. Put the mold in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, and bake for 30 minutes. Don’t open the oven’s door during the baking.
