Boil 250 ml of milk. Leave it at room temperature, to cool down. When the milk is lukewarm, add a tbsp. of butter and a tbsp. of raw honey. Mix the ingredients, so they can dissolve. Then, add one scrambled yolk and a quarter tbsp. of baking soda. Mix to combine.
