How To Ease The Pain Caused By Plantar Fasciitis
1. Icing

Ice is the easiest solution to this problem. Fill a small plastic bottle with water and freeze it. Once ready, put it on the floor and roll it with your aching feet. Do this exercise while you sit, for 10 minutes. Repeat 3 times a day.

2. Buy Cushioned House Slippers

When you get up from your bed, put your cushioned house slippers on your feet and start walking around. With these slippers, you’ll get a nice and comfy support for your heels, whenever you need it.

3. Wear Suitable Footwear

Always wear suitable footwear, that supports your type of feet. Good and supportive footwear goes a long way. Your feet will be relaxed and secure, so you won’t trigger any discomfort or pain.

4. Plantar Fascia Stretch

For this stretch, you need to sit down and cross the leg with aching heel over the other leg. Then, with one of your hands, pull the toes towards the shin. Put the forefinger of your other hand on the arch area of the aching feet, at the base of the big toe. Hold this position and count to ten. If you feel tension below your toes, you’ll know that you’re doing it right!

Physical therapy is crucial in the treatment of plantar fasciitis. Thus, health experts highly recommend it, to alleviate the pain in your feet.
