  • 5oz of magnesium chloride flakes
  • A half cup of distilled water

Method of preparation:

Pour the distilled water in a cooking pot and bring it to boiling point. Remove the cooking pot from the heat. Then, add the magnesium chloride flakes and stir, so that the ingredients combine. Pour the resulting mixture into the glass jar. Stir until the flakes completely dissolve in the water. Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature. At the end, pour the magnesium oil in a spray bottle. It can be kept for up to six months, at a room temperature.

Spray your legs, arms and back, wherever you feel pain, for 10 to 15 times a day. At first, you’ll feel as if the aching part of your body goes numb, but this is a normal reaction. Leave the oil on your skin for about a half an hour, and then rinse it with lukewarm water.

In the evening, take a bath and afterwards spray the aching parts of your body. After about 20 minutes, wash it off. In the end, it’s desirable to massage the area with coconut oil.
