The Ultimate Hit: Homemade Gluten-Free Flourless Bread

Homemade Glute-Free Flourless Bread
This type of bread is made of eggs, nuts and seeds, with a minimum addition to baking soda and salt. It does not contain additives, preservatives and similar substances. This is a very nutritious bread, rich in proteins, vitamins, amino acids, healthy fats, carbohydrates and minerals. Also, it has a content rich in nutritious dietary fiber, much higher than in the bread which we commonly buy from supermarkets and bakeries.

For the preparation, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized, organic eggs
- 150 ml of filtered water
- 45 grams of walnuts
- 45 grams of almonds
- 90 grams of sunflower seeds
- 90 grams of sesame seeds
- 45 grams of flax seeds
- 45 grams of Chia seeds
- 90 grams of pumpkin seeds
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 tablespoon of melted organic coconut oil
- Half a teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
The preparation of this bread is quite simple and fast. Pour the seeds, almonds and walnuts in a food processor, and pulse until you get a flour-like, fine powder. If you like, you can leave some of the seeds whole, for a better texture of the bread.
Crack the eggs into a plastic container and whisk them. Add the baking soda, water, salt, melted coconut oil and maple syrup to the eggs, and mix to combine. Then, add the ground nuts and seeds, and mix until you get a homogenized dough. Transfer the resulting dough into a baking pan and put it in a preheated oven at 350⁰ F. Bake for about 50 minutes, to an hour.
