Replace Toxic Chips Filled With Artificial Flavors And Sodium With Healthy Homemade Doritos

So, instead of buying this unhealthy chips from the store you should make it at home.
Homemade Doritos Chips
For this recipe you will need:
- 1 cup (130g) of organic corn flour for polenta
- ¼ cups of (30g) flax seeds
- 1/3 cups of (35g) sesame
- ½ cups of (50g) sunflower seeds
- 50ml of olive oil
- 250ml hot water
- Sea salt for seasoning (optional)
Heat the oven to 150 ° C. Bring two largest pans that you have to be at hand. Put all the dry ingredients into the bowl. Then, add olive oil, and mix with a fork so the ingredients combine. Pour the hot water and stir the mixture. It will look like a polenta and liquidly at first, but the mixture will tighten. So, do not expect the texture of the dough, it cannot be mixed with hands, and believe us, it will unfold in a thin sheet without any problems!
Place a sheet of baking paper on the work surface, which should be more or less the size of the pan. Transfer half of the mixture in the middle and cover it with other paper. Press with your hands firmly to form a disc, and then gently remove the top paper. With a pizza cutter start cutting triangle shapes in the dough. The remaining dough put it in another pan. Then, place the pans in the heated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes with the fan on. Regularly check the homemade Doritos chips, so they don’t burn. When the chips are done, they will have nice golden color and crispy texture. Serve it with salsa or guacamole dip.
