Sweat, bodily fluids, dust and other small debris pass through the sheet and end up in the mattress. Even though it takes a lot of time for the dirt to accumulate, we still need to clean it regularly. And, what’s amazing is that you only need 30 minutes to do this chore!

A woman named Melissa Maker reveals a great and very inexpensive cleaning trick for your mattress. All you need to do is sprinkle a little bit of baking soda all over it and leave it for 30 minutes. In the end, you just need to vacuum your bed! This simple, but very effective trick will disinfect your bed and kill the bacteria.

Extra tip: After you finish with the baking soda and vacuuming, dissolve a few drops of your favorite essential oil and spray your bed.
