- 3/4 cups of fresh ginger slices
- 2 cups of dairy milk (you can also use coconut milk)
- 1 cup of water
Boil the ginger slices in a cup of water for 10 minutes, on a medium heat. Remove the teakettle from the heat and add the milk. Leave it to simmer for another 5 minutes. Et voilà, your ginger tea with milk is ready. Serve and enjoy!
