How To Detox Your Body Through Your Feet

Wondering when and how to clean your body? You can clean it whenever you need to! Here we show you a simple technique to detox your body through your feet in 20 minutes. But remember, this is an ongoing process, not a one-time thing!

The idea of using a footbath for detoxification is eliminating toxins through the feet, in a way similar to sweating. This is why we need to use an ionic footbath.

Prepare the footbath, using warm water, Himalayan salt, and a few drops of your favorite essential oil (mine is lavender). Or you can add a cup of apple cider vinegar. Soak your feet for about 20 minutes, allowing the ions to run through the water and your feet.

In the end, the water in the basin should be dark in color, filled with toxins. Repeat the process at least two times a week, on a regular basis.
