The Popular “Fake” Cheese Bread Made Without Milk, Eggs And Gluten – It Has The Perfect Taste!

Here we show you how to make the popular “fake” cheese bread. Wondering why we call it fake? It’s because it does not contain cheese or milk! Also, it has no eggs and it’s free of gluten. But, don’t worry, it’s truly tasty and healthy! And, it’s good for people who have gluten intolerance.
Homemade Gluten-Free Potato Bread
For the preparation of this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
– 4 cups of gluten-free flour (you can use brown and white rice flour, almond flour, chickpea or buckwheat flour)
– 1 cup of coconut oil
– 1 ½ cups of hot water
– 5 medium potatoes
– A little bit Himalayan salt
First, wash and peel the potatoes. Add them in a cooking pot and cover them with water. Put the cooking pot on the stove and boil the potatoes. Once boiled and soft, take them off the heat. Make a puree out of them. Season with Himalayan salt, and gradually add the coconut oil while stirring continuously. Then, add the hot water and mix the ingredients well, so that they combine nicely.
Add the gluten-free flour and mix. Then, mould the dough into small buns and put them in a wide baking pan. Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes on 180° Celsius, until the buns get a nice brownish – golden color. Once baked, remove them from the oven, cover them with a cotton cloth and leave them to cool down for a minute or two. Serve them with cinnamon tea and enjoy!
