How To Make Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs In The Oven
For the preparation of this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 12 eggs, or as many as you want
- A muffin pan
- A bowl filled with ice-cold water
Method of preparation:
Take the eggs and carefully place them in the holes of the muffin pan. Next, turn on the oven and heat it at 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius). Put the muffin pan into the oven and cook the eggs for about a half an hour. If you notice brown spots on the egg shells, don’t worry. This is normal. They will disappear as soon as you put the eggs in the ice-cold water.
When the 30 minutes of baking pass, remove the eggs from the oven and carefully, with the help of tongs or a spoon, place them, one by one, into the bowl filled with ice-cold water. Leave them there for about 10 minutes. As soon as they cool down, you can start peeling the shells.
