Today we show you how to make crispy, oil-free French fries, which are insanely tasty! Yes, you heard it right! You can enjoy this delicious snack without any guilt eating you up. Cuz sometimes, all you need to do is prepare some foods in a different way to get the best out of them.

Crispy Oil-Free French Fries

For the preparation of this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 5-7 potatoes (you can also use sweet potatoes)
  • 2 eggs
  • A little bit of Himalayan salt and ground paprika, or any other spice of your choosing (you can use: turmeric, rosemary, oregano, etc.)

Preparation:

Peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly. If you’re using organic homegrown potatoes, coming right from your garden, then you can leave the peel and just wash them with lukewarm water. Then, cut them into fries of similar size and thickness, of about 1.5 cm. Arrange the potatoes in a large cooking pan.

Beat the eggs in a small bowl, and add the salt and ground paprika. Mix the ingredients, so that they combine nicely. Pour the mixture over the sliced potatoes, making sure to cover each of the fries. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius, for 10-15 minutes. Or until the fries get a golden-like, brownish color. Et voilà! Your healthy and delicious French fries are ready. Enjoy!
