Once you’ve tasted it, you will make it and use it every day. It’s soooo delicious.
For this recipe you will need:
- 3 tsp of turmeric powder
- 250 grams of grated raw cauliflower
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt or sea salt
- 1 cup almond flour
In a large bowl add all of the ingredients and mix them well, so they combine nicely. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Next, take one large pan and line it up with a piece of baking paper. Transfer the mixture to the pan and spread it evenly. Put the pan in the oven and bake it for half an hour at 180 °C. The bread will get nice brownish- golden color and crunchy texture.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool down and cut it into rectangle pieces.
When stored in the fridge, it will last up to a week. You can serve it with homemade avocado-tomato spread or for a sweeter version: almond butter sprinkled with a little bit of cinnamon (it tastes like a warm morning hug.)
