Did you know that it’s simple to make a hair mask with brewer’s yeast? And that it’s a very effective tool that does wonders, even with the most neglected hair? This hair mask is suitable for all hair types and it is irreplaceable in the fight against hair loss.

Homemade Hair Mask With Brewer’s Yeast

As its name suggests, the main ingredient in this homemade hair mask is the brewer’s yeast. To recover your damaged and dry hair, you need to use this mask 2 times a week, in the course of 2 months, without interruptions.

Using this mask regularly will give you both, high quality and durable results!

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 tablespoon of warm milk (or you can use water)
  • 1 teaspoon organic honey
  • 7 grams of dry, or 20 grams of fresh brewer’s yeast

Preparation:

Mix the warm milk and honey, so that they combine. Then, add the brewer’s yeast (dry or fresh). Cover the mixture with a cotton cloth, or plastic foil, and leave it in a warm place for about 15 to 20 minutes, to ferment.

Apply the resulting mixture on a clean and damp hair. Take a hair coloring brush and smear it all over your hair. Next, wrap your hair in a nylon bag and a towel. Leave it on your head for an hour. Or you can keep it longer, up to 2 hours. The longer the better. Then, rinse your hair with warm water.

This dose is indented for a medium length hair, or short hair. Thus, if you have a longer hair, double the amount of every ingredient on the list.

With this mask, you increase the amount of vitamins, proteins and minerals, very much needed for hair growth. The potent nutrients are absorbed by your hair follicles, and with that, your damaged hair becomes stronger, healthier and shinier.
