– 200 grams of brown sugar

Preparation Method:

Rinse and clean the beetroot, and cut it into thin slices, or cubes. Place them in a clean glass jar of 3 liters. Add the wheat flour, raisins and brown sugar, fill the jar with cooled boiled water and mix. Wrap the opening of the jar with a gauze, allowing the mixture to breathe, and leave it in a warm place, for one week, to ferment.

Twice a day, stir the contents of the jar with a wooden spoon. Remove the produced foam. After the 7th day, strain the beetroot mixture through a clean gauze. At voilà, your beetroot juice is ready! Three times a day, before each meal, drink 3 tablespoons of this juice. In the meantime, keep the drink refrigerated.
